This scheme has been started by Harhit Agro Industries Corporation Limited. Which will be implemented under direct supervision. Through this scheme, facilities like skill training, IT support, logistic service, procurement of products, in-store fit-out will be provided for opening agro retail stores. Around 2000 food items, personal care and home care products will be launched in these stores. About 1500 stores will be opened in rural areas and about 500 in urban areas across the state. Haryana Har Hit Store Scheme launched
Haryana Chief Minister Mr Manohar Lal Khattar on 17 October 2021 at Farukhnagar Har Hit Store was inaugurated. A total of 71 Harhit stores will be opened across the state. After inaugurating the first store by the Chief Minister, he inaugurated 70 Harhit stores across the state through virtual medium from the Government Tourism Complex in Sultanpur. The Chief Minister also became the first customer of this store. Through this scheme, along with generating employment opportunities, quality products will be made available to the consumers at the right prices. 550 home products will be sold through these stores. This includes food items, grocery, fast moving consumer goods, home care and personal care products.
These products are being produced by 60 companies. Information was also provided by the Chief Minister that these stores would be opened in all rural areas with a population of 3000 and in all urban areas with a population of 10 thousand. These stores will sell quality products made by self-help groups of women besides micro, small and medium industries, small industrial units and cooperative sector units. After the inauguration, Chief Minister also interacted with the integrated villagers in Sultanpur tourism complex and their feedback was also taken on providing fertilizers and other essential items to them.
